I get to hear it all the time, all the myths that surround carpet cleaning.  Drummond Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning started my carpet cleaning service in 2005.  I started because I knew there was a better way.  I wondered how anyone could be better if everyone used the same equipment.  I purchased the Rotovac Carpet Restoration System and was amazed at the results it produced.  From that point on I had developed an obsession with constantly proving that I could clean what others couldn't.

The Rotovac is a mechanical wand that agitates the carpet fibers as it steams and extracts the soil away.  Much like a washing machine uses agitation to clean your clothes this seemed to be the best way to clean carpets.  Over the next 10 years I perfected my craft.  I tested out other equipment and carpet cleaning chemicals to find out what worked best.  Check out this video of the Rotovac and you will see for yourself.
