One of the things that motivated me to start this business was I wanted to be the best and all I have ever heard of any other carpet cleaning Champaign, Il service was that they would speed through the carpet and the results were horrible.
All companies tell you they are the best but fail to deliver because of the simple fact that they care only about money and not spending the right amount of time to do the job correctly. Then they charge extra for prespraying and getting out a spot. When you pay for a cleaning you are paying for the entire carpet cleaning and should not be baited to get a better service by paying extra for these services that should be included in the bill.
Then, what do you do when your carpets don't come clean. Why should a carpet cleaner still get paid for not delivering the best carpet cleaning.
I just couldn't run my business this way!
I have always believed that I could clean what other carpet cleaners couldn't and didn't want to charge extra to get the best carpet cleaning. We give a straight estimate and do not charge extra for most situations we run into.
My advise to other carpet cleaners. A time will come when homeowners will reward someone who care about the quality and value in their service.
